The Bosch 36" cooktop is a gas cooktop with 5 powerful burners (19,000 BTU). It features sturdy cast-iron grates, 9 power levels (FlameSelect) and a central dual-flame burner. Made of stainless steel, it also features automatic re-ignition, NFS certification and a hot surface indicator for added safety. Control knobs are easily accessible and the grid is continuous for ease of use. What's more, it can be converted to propane if required.
